Terrasini is a small fishing village where traditions and folk festivals are still alive; visitors coming in touch with the local population can trace its history by means of their usage and custom.

The most remarkable traditional celebrations are the Festa di li Schietti (a competition for unmarried young men) la Festa di San Pietro (Feast of Saint Peter) and the Notte delle luci (Night of lights).
